THURSDAY      With fall in the air, we're off to the beautiful, quaint village of Niagara-on-the-Lake, home of the world-class Shaw Festival. This theatrical adventure begins with an afternoon show, "Getting Married", a witty and provacative look at the institution of marriage. Our accommodations are in the nearby city of St. Catharines. Enjoy a family-style dinner at Fredo's, overlooking the Welland Canal. This evening's show is "Mrs. Warren's Profession". This is a mother and daughters battle about love, money and morality; it's Shaw at his wicked best. (D)

FRIDAY     A leisurely morning is planned with plenty of time to shop and explore the quaint boutiques at Niagara-on-the-Lake. This afternoon's show is "BelleMoral", a gothic comedy witha hint of whodunit. Let's venture over to Niagara Falls after the show for some sightseeing and dinner on own. Then it's back to the Festival for "Wonderful Town", a musical adventure about being young and pursuing a dream to New York City. (CB)

SATURDAY     Sleep in a bit this morning before seeing our last show, "The President". A powerful bank president must transform a common taxi driver into an ideal son-in-law just one hour before marrying an heiress. Return home this evening witha real appreciation for Bernard Shaw. (CB)
