MONDAY      Board honest-to-goodness covered wagons for the ride into the "Grand Cayon of Pennsylvania". This gorge runs for more than 47 miles and is more than 1,450 feet deep in spots. Enjoy a country lunch at the Log Cabin Inn. The canyon is even more breathtaking from the top. See it best from the overlook -- a great place for pictures -- especially during the colors of autumn.
