TUESDAY   Today's journey north ends in Mackinaw City, the gateway to the upper peninsula and Mackinac Island. Our accommodations at the Baymont Inn are adjacent to the shops at Mackinaw Crossings. Dinner is served at the Depot Restaurant followed by a laser light show after dusk. (D)

WEDNESDAY      Rise n' shine for an early ferry ride to beautiful Mackinac Island. No cars are allowed so...a "fringe on top" carriage tour is a must to learn the history and legend of this charming island. See the wonderful butterfly exhibit while on the carriage tour. The afternoon is free to explore, shop and get a bite for lunch on your own. You may want to try the magnificent buffet at the Grand Hotel. At mid-afternoon, it's back across to the mainland and a short drive to soaring Eagle Resort and Casino. Soaring Eagle is a magnificent property with a luxury spa, several restaurants and thousands of slot machines and table games. Their delicious prime rib dinner is included. The casino offers a pay $20 get $40 in coin bonus program for those who enjoy those games of chance. (D)

THURSDAY    Sleep in or enjoy all the amenities that Soaring Eagle has to offer. This afternoon, it's back on the coach for our journey back to Ohio. (B)
