FRIDAY Holland is aptly called the Tulip Center of America because of its millions of tulips that bloom in SATURDAY Visit Windmill Island, the site of a 200-year old operating windmill and learn of its proud heritage. Spend time exploring downtown Holland and see the costumed Klompen Dancers perform old-world style dancing in the streets. Settle into your reserved seat along the route of teh Muziekparade - the grand finale of this week long festival! Visit Veldheer's, a tulip farm where all the variations of bulbs are for sale and watch as wooden shoes and Delftware is being handcrafted. Enjoy a traditional Dutch dinner this evening at the Alpenrose Restaurant. (D) SUNDAY Happy Mother's Day! This morning, you may choose to visit Frederik Meijer Sculpture Garden or the Gerald Ford Presidential Library.
