SUNDAY      Traveling northward, our Michigan neighbors are happy to have us as we head for beautiful Sault St. Marie and the Ojibway Hotel. Enjoy a fun dinner this evening at Studebaker's. (D)

MONDAY      Leave an early morning call, as it is time to cross into Ontario to board the "Algoma Central Railway" for a beautiful ride to the northern wilderness. Breakfast and lunch are served on the train today. The fall colors should be near their peak on this spectacular journey by rail -- a perfect vantage point to see the wonders of nature. The train returns to Sault Ste. Marie in the late afternoon. (CB,Box-L)

TUESDAY     After a day on the rails, let's take to the water with Shepler's ferry service to Mackinac Island. A horse-drawn carriage tour is a must to learn the history and legend of this enchanting island. Enjoy a delicious luncheon buffet at the famous Grand Hotel. Evening finds us in Gaylord, Michigan for the night. (L)
